1) What do you think about the QuestionPoint software?

I was right in thinking it was complicated after viewing the training videos. It was not intuitive. It was not something that one can just jump in and use. I see the importance of training live like this because only now do I feel even remotely comfortable with the interface. After an hour and a half, I think I know my way around, but would need far more experience to know more than the very basics.
