More on communication

After my recent rant/blog about Facebook and the library, I went to do my volunteer shelving and actually met with both the head of the library and also the person who might take over the administration of the new Facebook page. I'm happy to report that many issues were resolved as a result of our face to face meeting.
Sometimes the virtual world of communication can prove frustrating and isn't as efficient as the seredipitous bumping into someone that you need to reach!
